01 · 1:1 COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS
Life & Leadership Coaching
For people seeking greater clarity, alignment, agency, self-trust, and practical tools for navigating life, relationships, work, and leadership.
-
For people who want greater clarity, alignment, agency, and authenticity in how they live their lives.
This work can support people navigating change or transition; reconsidering what they want; recognizing patterns that no longer serve them; strengthening relationships; creating a more authentic work-life balance; or simply wanting to live with greater intention and self-trust.
-
For people who lead, gather, influence, facilitate, organize, teach, create, or hold responsibility for others — whether or not they identify as a “leader.”
Leadership coaching supports people in strengthening their authentic leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, decision-making, relationships, and ability to navigate complexity while staying connected to their values.
Leadership is not defined here by title or hierarchy. It is about developing greater awareness and agency in how you choose to show up and the impact you have on the people, relationships, and environments around you.
-
People come to coaching for many reasons. You might be looking to:
Navigate a transition, important decision, or period of change with greater clarity and confidence.
Experience more alignment, ease, and fulfillment in your life, even when things are going well.
Better understand the beliefs, patterns, and assumptions that shape how you think, relate, communicate, and respond.
Strengthen your sense of agency and make more intentional choices about how you show up in different situations.
Use your time and energy more intentionally
Improve work-life balance
Strengthen your relationships, communication, collaboration, or leadership.
Navigate interpersonal challenges, conflict, or difficult group dynamics with greater awareness and skill.
Integrate new learning, strengthen your practices, and apply what you're discovering to real-life situations.
Explore what's possible when you sense something could shift, even if you're not yet sure what that looks like.
IS COACHING FOR YOU?
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to strengthen your own awareness, agency, self-trust, and capacity for action.
What Shifts
Coaching is about finding your inner wisdom and taking agency of your life. It’s about strengthening your capacity to observe yourself, recognize patterns and possibilities, and make intentional choices.
Over time, clients may experience greater:
Clarity. Alignment. Agency. Self-trust. Authenticity. Ease. Resilience. Confidence.

Courses & Trainings
Trainings build practical skills participants can immediately apply within their teams, organizations, collaborations, classrooms, and community spaces.
-
I offer interactive workshops and multi-session professional development experiences for people who lead, facilitate, collaborate, organize, teach, convene, or otherwise work with people.
These trainings develop practical leadership, interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills that participants can take directly into their organizations, teams, classrooms, projects, and communities.
Trainings can be offered individually or customized for organizations, teams, cohorts, and community groups.
-
A foundational professional development training exploring self-sovereignty, relationality, interpersonal skills, collaboration, collective culture, Community Agreements, and community self-determination.
Participants develop greater awareness of how they show up, how they relate to others, and how those relationships shape the cultures and communities they participate in.
-
Practical training in how to develop and facilitate Community Agreements that help groups intentionally establish how they want to communicate, collaborate, navigate differences, make decisions, and hold shared responsibility.
The emphasis is not simply on writing agreements, but on learning how to facilitate a participatory process through which a group develops its own agreements.
-
Experiential training designed to strengthen interpersonal relationships, communication, collaboration, and the culture teams create together.
Participants explore how individual ways of showing up affect relationships, how relationships affect collaboration, and how collaboration shapes collective culture.
-
Practical tools for strengthening self-awareness, listening, communication, relationships, working across different perspectives, navigating differences, and understanding our impact on others.
-
Professional development for people who hold space and facilitate meetings, workshops, classrooms, teams, community processes, or other group environments.

Organizational Consulting & Facilitation
Consulting engagements bring the tools and methodology into your organization's actual environment — moving from learning about practices to designing and implementing them together.
-
Facilitating teams, organizations, or groups through the process of developing their own Community Agreements and creating practices for integrating those agreements into everyday work.
-
Supporting teams in examining how they communicate, collaborate, make decisions, exercise power, navigate differences, and create culture together — and developing practices that better reflect their shared values.
-
Supporting organizations in designing or strengthening programs, initiatives, engagement processes, and community partnerships with equity, accessibility, participation, and community self-determination built into the process.
-
Designing and facilitating retreats, strategic conversations, community engagement processes, collaborative decision-making processes, and other participatory gatherings.
-
Customized engagements that combine coaching, facilitation, professional development, and consulting to strengthen leadership, relationships, and collaboration across a team or organization.
Professional development teaches people tools and methodologies they can take into their own work.
Consulting goes a step further: I work alongside your organization or team to apply and implement those practices within your actual environment.
Depending on the engagement, this work may combine consulting, facilitation, training, and coaching.
THE CARACOL APPROACH · CHANGE MOVES OUTWARD
How we show up shapes how we relate.
How we relate shapes how we collaborate.
How we collaborate shapes the cultures we create together.
The same underlying framework informs my coaching, professional development, consulting, facilitation, and community work.
My approach brings together ontological coaching, neuroscience-informed practices, ancestral intelligence, culture, and leadership to explore how we understand ourselves, relate to others, and participate in the larger systems and communities around us.
A note on ancestral intelligence
Ancestral intelligence and cultural knowledge are not services I offer or something I provide to a community. They are ways of knowing that inform the Caracol approach and my understanding of leadership, relationships, culture, and community self-determination.
Through Caracol Collective, I also collaborate with culture bearers to present community workshops, cultural events, arts experiences, and opportunities for intergenerational knowledge exchange that uplift and sustain the wisdom and practices culture bearers carry.
This cultural work is part of the larger ecosystem of Caracol, rather than a client service.

How Working Together Works
Whatever the format, the emphasis is on practical application.
1. Start with a conversation
Book a free consultation call so we can talk about what is bringing you here, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether Caracol Coaching, Consulting or Trainings are the right fit.
2. Identify the right kind of support
For individuals, this may mean Life or Leadership Coaching. For groups and organizations, we determine whether you need a professional development training, facilitated process, consulting engagement, team or group coaching, or a combination.
3. Design the engagement
Individual coaching follows the established Caracol coaching process. Organizational engagements are customized based on the people involved, the desired outcomes, and the realities of the organization or community.
4. Put the work into practice
Whether through coaching, training, facilitation, or consulting, the emphasis is on practical application — developing tools and practices that can be carried into everyday life, leadership, relationships, organizations, and communities.
A FEW HONEST ANSWERS
What's the difference between coaching, training, and consulting?
Coaching
Coaching supports you in developing your own awareness, agency, leadership, and capacity. Rather than giving you answers, I help you observe differently, access your own wisdom, and determine how you want to move forward.
Training
Training teaches practical frameworks, tools, and skills that you or your team can begin applying yourselves.
Consulting
Consulting means I work alongside your organization to help design, facilitate, or implement practices within your particular environment.
Some organizational engagements combine all three.
